It's a very good hotel with great staff who were always helpful. Clean room and lots of hot water. You will not get much better around here. I gave it 9 because the location can be a little noisy but then we are in a city and it's India. Easy access to and from the metro central. It's a 5 minute walk along the main road. Turn right out of the hotel and right along the main road. It's about 400m on the opposite side of the road near the big white building. The main train station is not far away. Easy walk along the narrow street opposite the junction or 50 rupees in a yellow puk puk. The food at the restaurant is very good.

The staff were excellent and very helpful even with late check-in. They were always available and attended to any request. Very professional. The hotel was good value for money, it’s old but comfortable. Not far from good malls like avenue express.

People in front desk are so much polite and courteous

The staff is extremely polite and very helpful. They were very attentive and helped me throughout my stay.

Excellent support from hotel management - best part to mention is the property has an attached restaurant and food is delicious and freshly prepared.
